Transit windows, cut-off times, carriers and shipping rates on this page are placeholders for the design prototype and are not yet contractual. The policy text has not been reviewed by qualified counsel.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearing, counted in business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start counting on the next business day.
Two things can delay dispatch past that window: an order held for research-use verification (see the Research Use Only Policy), and an order that includes a lot still waiting on its certificate of analysis. We do not ship a lot before its certificate is published — see Quality Procedures. If either happens we email you rather than letting the order sit.
The live dispatch countdown shown on product pages is a prototype animation. It will be wired to real warehouse cut-off times at build.
Cold-pack shipping
Temperature-sensitive material ships cold-packed. Lyophilized vials travel in an insulated mailer with a conditioned gel pack sized to the transit window; pre-reconstituted solutions ship on the same basis with a shorter window. Room-temperature supplies, such as sterile vials, ship without a cold pack.
Cold packs are sized to hold temperature for the quoted transit time plus a margin. A gel pack that has thawed on arrival does not by itself mean the material is out of specification — but if you have any doubt, hold the shipment, do not use it, and contact us. The storage guidance and stability window for each lot are printed on its certificate.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. There is no product name, no compound name, and no indication of contents on the outside of the box. The sender is shown as a neutral shipping name rather than a brand mark.
Inside, each vial keeps its own label, lot number, and research-use marking. Those must not be removed or altered — see section 6 of the Research Use Only Policy.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment a label is generated, and again when the carrier scans the parcel in. Tracking is included on every order at no charge. You can also see it in your account against the order.
If tracking has not updated for three business days, treat the shipment as potentially lost and get in touch — do not wait for the delivery window to expire.
Delivery windows
Transit times below are estimates in business days from dispatch, not from order placement. They are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
| Service | Transit | Cold pack | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (US) | 2–5 business days | Included | PLACEHOLDER |
| Expedited (US) | 2 business days | Included | PLACEHOLDER |
| Overnight (US) | Next business day | Included | PLACEHOLDER |
| International | By destination | By destination | PLACEHOLDER |
Rates, carriers, and service names are placeholders and will be replaced with live carrier data at build. Membership tiers may include or discount shipping — see Membership.
The QC guarantee: reship or refund
Reship or refund, your choice, on any batch that fails your incoming QC. Send your QC summary and the replacement releases — no forms, no argument.
Every lot we release has already been tested against the eight-test panel by an independent laboratory and has a lot-matched certificate published before dispatch. If your own incoming QC disagrees with that certificate, we do not litigate it. You choose a replacement from the same product or a refund of what you paid for the affected units.
How to claim
- Email research@getatlaspeptides.com with your order number and the lot number printed on the vial.
- Attach your QC summary — the result, the method, and the specification you tested against. A chromatogram or instrument report is ideal; a signed summary is enough.
- Tell us whether you want a reship or a refund. Stop using the material and hold the remaining units until the claim is closed.
Claims should be raised within 30 days of delivery (placeholder window). We may ask you to return the affected units at our cost so the lot can be re-examined, and we may quarantine the rest of the lot while we do. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
The guarantee covers the material failing the specification on its certificate. It does not cover material stored outside the conditions printed on that certificate, material that has been repackaged or reconstituted for onward supply, or results from a method that is not comparable to the released method.
Damaged or lost shipments
Damaged in transit, lost in transit, or delivered to the wrong address: we reship at no cost. There is no separate shipment-protection charge — it is included on every order.
- Damaged. Photograph the outer packaging and the affected vials before unpacking further, and email them within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost. If tracking shows no movement for three business days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us and we will open a carrier trace. We reship rather than making you wait for the trace to close.
- Wrong item. We ship the correct item immediately and cover return postage on the incorrect one.
Returns
Research materials are generally non-returnable once shipped. We cannot verify the storage conditions a vial has been kept in once it has left our control, and a vial with an unverifiable chain of custody can never be released to another researcher. Accepting it back would break the lot-matched certificate model the whole catalogue rests on.
The exceptions, all covered above, are:
- Material that fails your incoming QC — reship or refund under section 6.
- Material damaged or lost in transit — reship under section 7.
- An item we shipped in error.
- An order cancelled before dispatch. Email us; if a label has not been generated we cancel and release payment in full.
Unopened laboratory supplies with intact seals — sterile vials, for example — may be returnable at our discretion within 30 days, less return postage. Contact us before sending anything back; unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
A shipment refused at the door, or returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, is refunded less the original shipping cost and any return charge the carrier applies. Cold-packed material that comes back to us cannot be re-released and is destroyed on receipt.
Please make sure someone can receive a temperature-controlled parcel at the delivery address on the day it is due.
Destinations we serve
We ship within the United States as standard. International shipping is available to a placeholder list of destinations that will be confirmed at build.
For international orders the purchaser is the importer of record and is responsible for duties, taxes, import licences, and any documentation the destination country requires. We cannot advise on whether a material may lawfully be imported where you are — that determination is yours, as set out in section 8 of the Research Use Only Policy. Orders to destinations we cannot lawfully serve are cancelled and refunded in full.
Getting help
Email research@getatlaspeptides.com or use the contact form. Include your order number and, for anything lot-specific, the lot number printed on the vial — you can pull the matching certificate yourself from COA Lookup.
