Receive and quarantine
The batch arrives, is assigned its lot number, and is held in quarantine. Quarantined material cannot be picked, sold, or listed as available.

Every lot is released against the same eight-test panel, run by an independent accredited laboratory. The lot-matched certificate is published before the lot ships. No certificate, no dispatch.
A lot is a single synthesis run, filled and sealed as one batch. It gets one lot number, one set of results, and one certificate. Nothing moves to the next step until the previous one closes.
The batch arrives, is assigned its lot number, and is held in quarantine. Quarantined material cannot be picked, sold, or listed as available.
Samples are drawn and sent to an accredited third-party laboratory, which runs the full eight-test panel against the published specifications.
Results are reviewed against spec. Anything out of specification fails the lot — it stays in quarantine and is never released. In-spec lots move to certification.
The certificate is generated, given a verification code, and published to the public lookup. Only then does the lot become available to order.
The same panel runs on every lot in the catalogue, from lyophilized peptides to laboratory supplies. Methods and specifications are fixed — the measured values change lot to lot and are printed on that lot's certificate.

| 03 | Net peptide content | HPLC | Report |
| 04 | Identity | ESI-MS | Conforms |
| 05 | Fentanyl screen | Immunoassay | Not detected |
| 06 | Heavy metals | ICP-MS | Not detected |

Specifications describe the release criteria only. Measured results, the test date, and the analyst are recorded on the certificate for the specific lot. Products supplied as pre-reconstituted solutions and as laboratory supplies are released against a certificate of conformance in place of a purity figure.
Testing is done by a laboratory independent of Atlas Labs. We do not test our own material and then publish our own verdict on it — the laboratory that runs the panel is the laboratory that signs the certificate.
ISO 17025 accredited. Runs the full eight-test panel, issues the result set, and signs the certificate for each lot.
Placeholder · pending signed agreementEvery certificate names one lot. It is not a specimen document, not a representative example, and not a certificate for a similar batch — it reports the results for the exact material in the vial you receive, and the lot number printed on the vial is the lot number on the certificate.
Certificates are published to the public COA Lookup before the lot is released for sale, so you can read the results for a lot before you decide to buy it. Every product page links to the certificate for its current lot — see BPC-157 for an example.
Each certificate carries a verification code. Enter the code, or the lot number, into the lookup and it resolves to the canonical certificate held by Atlas Labs. If a document you have been sent does not resolve, treat it as unverified — do not accept it as a certificate for that lot.

Certificates may be reproduced in full and unaltered for your own quality records and for institutional or regulatory audit.
A certificate reports the lot as tested. Keeping it that way after delivery is the purchaser's responsibility — storage outside the conditions printed on the certificate invalidates the stability window on it. Guidance below is general; the certificate for your lot governs.
−20 °C, desiccated, protected from light. Sealed vials should be inspected on arrival and any chipped, cracked, or unsealed unit set aside.
2–8 °C, protected from light, do not freeze. Use within the stability window stated on the certificate for that lot.
A retained sample of each released lot is held so a lot can be re-examined if a QC question is raised. Retention period is PLACEHOLDER pending the written SOP.
Worth stating plainly, because a certificate is easy to over-read.
